The goal of this proposal is to design a group of buildings with a multifunctional purpose (being most of it housing). The idea is to create a new residential hub, supported with other parts of the program (restaurants, shops and offices). This other bits of the program will be offered along the way of the new pedestrian paths, creating new urban connections. With these new links, we will create a new vibe and living feeling to this lost plot, giving a new pulse to this area of the city.
